Return Eligibility
Items are eligible for return if they meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 7 days of delivery
- Item is unused and in original packaging
- All tags and labels are intact
- Accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
- Customised or personalised products
- Opened ink cartridges or refills
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at info@statiomart.com or visit the Contact page with your order number. We'll arrange a free pickup from your address within our delivery zone.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different variant or product of equal value. Exchanges follow the same eligibility criteria as returns. If the replacement item has a different price, the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. You'll receive an email notification once the refund is processed.
